Improve support for nested cucumber feature folders

  • Cucumber features files located in subfolders execute ok, but a feature_helper.rb is required in each directory.
  • Cucumber code in test/features/support/env.rb also works, but again, to get this to work for nested directories I need to duplicate this file in each subdirectory, for example: test/features/my_directory/support/env.rb.

Managing these duplicate files (especially test/features/support/env.rb) quickly becomes unmanageable.
